They already did that secondary character episode and it’s better they don’t rehash that and give us something different like this.
And so what if it’s the final season? I’m glad we’re still getting run-of-the-mill episodes like this.
I don’t want the whole season to be constant fanservice and big reveals! Hell, there’s plenty of questions I don’t want answered at all. I want it to be just like any other season because that is what would be best for the show, it keeps to its roots and isn’t non-stop pandering.
Is ending the show a mistake? Probably.
But if they’re going to it, I’d rather this was how it is done.
@Darth Shy
it’s the last season , they could calmly make an episode like this before, but they seem to want to do Filler , what a waste, could do an episode dedicated to a secondary character.
Did you heard that some fanbase are enthusiast when they see promos of upcoming episodes or little jokes like mock up posters.I wonder what it’s like ?
@rannius
It’s no more of a cash grab as the original or the reboot trilogy was.
Also, they probably chose this one to parody because they both have a mostly female cast and this one would be the most recognisable to kids since it’s still rather new.
Referencing the 2018 cash grab instead of the original is foreshadowing at it’s finest.
Or maybe they just thought the layout of the 2018 movie poster works better for displaying the primary characters. Or that this poster would be more immediately recognizable, having been the more recent film. Or any number of other non-cynical reasons.
That too!
Seriously? This episode was co-written by main voice actresses and is dedicated to them as a thank you.

What’s your point?
Seriously,change the channel.This is just sad at this point
Honestly, I didn’t know this was real until you said that
That’s debatable
No, just more likely to be one.

Is that necessarily a bad thing?
