That… would make a good foundation for an episode.
Maybe Gilda, out of desperation, calls upon Pinkie to keep Grizelda away from her because the two are similar to eachother, and Pinkie is apparently the go-to pony for foalsitting already.

Nah, scrap that, over half the episode would be spent getting Gilda to swallow her pride and ask for Pinkie’s help.
