Man, this comment aged like milk, considering Lyra’s current marital status :P
Still, that was the Pony versions, and only in the finale Korrasami style, so I guess I wasn’t TECHNICALLY wrong.
Hey he kind of looks like Applejack.

And Rarity’s over him? Or they still / again got something going?
My comment about develop its to the topic of general Characters evolution. And that with ragga wasn’t nothing you can call develop or detail. It was just so forced, if they just put as a secondary character I will understand but make him had a relation with some of the protagonist so quickly it’s hard to say it’s right.
I understand, but out of all shipping I just can say 4 words about the quick “relationship” as ragga itself:
Forced. Trash. Without. Develop. That’s what annoying me, another generic character who suddenly fell in love with the protagonist just meeting her few moments. Ilogical, and also a bad joke.
WAT DO
I just didn’t want to call in the mods. They already have so much to do anyway.
I don’t see “moderator” next to your name, but I do see your point. I’m just not fond of people claiming that canon “proves” something it really doesn’t, especially when they pile other demonstrably false claims on top of it. I honestly wasn’t going to get involved at all until someone decided to say that Rarity liking a male character made Rarijack impossible. News flash: Rarity’s been showing interest in guys since season 1. In that regard, this special doesn’t change anything.
I know some people do ship Pinkie Pie with other ponies, but I mean there’s no Dislestia/Fluttercord style shipping wars with it like there are with a ton of ships, so I think it could safely become canon.

Y’all two need to cut it out.
Yeah, about that… have you ever looked at the Pinkie Shipping tags on this site alone?
I think it’s reasonably backed up by evidence that there are MANY ships that more than rival it %%
I’m not moving goalposts, I’m just saying something else that supports what I’m saying. You said “if they want to”, and I’m just saying why they probably wouldn’t want to.
Of course it would be controversial among the fandom, but not much more than putting Rarity or Appleack into most straight ships would- and Rarity’s been romantically interested more times in canon than any other character by a long shot. About 70% of major events in the last six seasons have been controversial. I don’t think it’s that likely, I just think it’s possible, especially considering how unpredictable FiM is.
Regardless, the statement that Rarijack can’t happen because kids’s shows can’t portray homosexuality is patently wrong, and that’s the argument you were making, not that it’d upset the fandom. If you want to make a different point, then that’s a different discussion. Don’t try to move goalposts.
If they want to. For another thing, confirming any fan war material ships like Rarijack would send the fandom into even more of a schism than it is now, which would lead to all the non-shippers of it to downrate the show, which would lead to less money for Hasbro. The only ship I’d say could become canon would be Cheesepie, because 99.9% of the fandom ships it, and there is literally no Pinkie Pie ship that could come close to rivalling it. But that’s the only one. Can’t think of any other ships they could safely canonize.
