the mane is easier to explain, she probly just died it a lighter color to beter fit in witht he mostly light colored castel staff and nobility that worked on the day side, as while i have no doubt raven likes luna, she wanted to make it clear she works for celestia, so nobody got confused on who to go to, luna probly has her own secretary
in the poster of the previous images defence technicly speaking ‘that’ image is newer and is thust likely the current cannon for her, but she did start out thusly, i suppose someone realized that as celestia’s secretary her being an earth pony didnt make sense as she wouldnt be able to keep up with all the paperwork, hence the horn
