Diamond Tiara is the leader of the gang, she is the element of brightness. Her bright personality brings light into other ponies’ lives.
 
Sweetie Belle is the element of generosity. Just like Rarity, she is very generous with everything she has, especially her time.
 
Marceline is the element of joy. It might seem like something that just doesn’t suit her, but she seems to be living for joy.
