Smolder: I just hope they don’t ship him with me. He’s a kid, I’m a teen, also why would I want to date a pathetic, assistant, who is dumb enough to never punch Twilight or at the very least, burn Rarity’s clothing in payback. There are plenty of young male dragons back home, why would I want Spike, who’s not even legal!? Seriously the only reason people ship me with Spike is because I’m a dragon, sorry you degenerate humans, dragons have standards too. And why would I?!
 
 
Seriously, Smolder is a far better character than Spike, she and Ember gave Dragons pride in this show, now as far as I’m concerned, Spike can go right ahead and DIE!

Thought I was gonna see a Spike/Fluttershy episode. Guess not, since Smolder’s gonna go instead of her to the Dragon Lands.
 
But otherwise, I agree that Spike and Starlight do deserve an episode – but probably not until much later in the season.

Well Spike has an episode with Smolder in Episode 9 of the final season!
