Most Twidash shippers (myself included) want to see Princess Twilight end up with pony Rainbow, or Sci-Twi with human Rainbow. Here, we see Princess Twilight falling for human Rainbow. The combination works surprisingly well (Rainbow Reflections is a good example), but is quite rare.
 
Of course, it could also be pony Rainbow wearing the same style of clothes as her human counterpart, but since Book Horse and Sci-Twi have such different designs, I kind of assumed it’s the same for others. (When writing the original comment, I forgot about the time we saw pony Pinkie Pie in the Friendship Games blooper reel.)
