The Equestria Winter Games are about to start! The Opening Ceremony will be happening any moment in “Legends of Equestria”, inside the Crystal Empire stadium!
Following the opening ceremony, there will be a parade to Ponyville, the host of the Equestria Winter Games!
Here are the dates and starting times for all the disciplines and competitions during the Equestria Winter Games:

Very true, the team is very dedicated and passionate. I quite frankly trust them to go on long after the end of Generation 4 and for years into the future.
The only issue is LoE’s Moderation Department, that drives players away with oppressive or sometimes even downright arbitrary bans. This has given LoE a rather bad reputation over the last year.

Other than that, getting new players for LoE is the way to go if you want it to live long. Tell your friends, tell random strangers, promote and advertise it on your own wherever you can do that.

I asked in LoE’s official Discord server, but they didn’t give an answer. They said you need to contact them via the e-mail addresses on the LoE homepage.
That’s a question that is hard to answer. LoE is an MMORPG, the type of games that just keep getting updated and equipped with new content until hell freezes over and that are never truly completed because of that.
If LoE would be a commercial game, I’d say as long as it makes money. But since it’s free….. as long as there are enough players, I guess?
I don’t think the dev team has any date set for when they’ll stop developing it and shut down the servers. Especially considered that LoE is still in Open Beta.
