That’s the thing. Most will still count it as that because of misconceptions of that term. Many see a quadruped, like these ponies, and immediately apply the bestiality tag to it. They like to group xenophilia and bestiality because they don’t know the difference.
Beastiality implies that they are nothing beyond mindless animals, like sheep or cows. Clearly, they are being portrayed as having intelligence on oar with… hell, equal to, us humans. (I know… setting the bar pretty low there…)so, they are sentient, thinking individuals, mzny who hapoen to be adult age by our own standards. Therefore, this would more be a case of xenophilia.
Scarlet is right we are clopping to pastel colored ponies which to people outside the fandom can look at it as Beastiality
