Brief bit of story here from the artist: This series was based off a dream I had several years ago. I don’t remember a lot of it now, but I do remember that Alicorn transformed ponies turned into demon monsters as their true forms and would eat their dragon partners to gain full power. Celestia was trying to convince Twilight to gain her true form by devouring Spike, at the time.
