How does that pic prove your point? I didn’t deny it’s existence; I just believe the artist had the nude as the original intent of her work.
But please examine one detail which I believe is in my favor.
Fluttershy’s shorts are a generic polka-dot pattern that does not follow the contours of her body. All the dots are perfect circles and are perfectly aligned vertically and horizontally. Just like it was a wallpaper that was quickly added later as an afterthought.

I think it’s just a naked version of another thing she posted. She tends to do that.
(Sarcasm Font Begin) but two characters naked in bed automatically means shipping. There is no way that the artist could be using nudity as a metaphor for characters being completely open, vulnerable, and honest with each other. Such methods are too advanced for lowly MLP fanart. (Sarcasm Font End)
Or it was just a quick way of “faking” Equestria’s alphabet.
