It’s not that hard to just use your fingers to at least gauge a rough estimate of their height. I’d say the Not-Humans were slightly taller, though, Pony limbs aren’t exactly straight.
 
It’s kind of a stretch to assume they’re not as tall as Humans and are as conveniently as inhuman as needed for whatever discussion is taking place against them being similar just because it was said they’re not exactly Human. They’re Human enough until proven otherwise from official sources, otherwise we’re going into cringy “prove a negative” territory.(the argument “they’re not as tall as Humans until you can prove they are otherwise” for example)

Not really, as human Dashie is in a sitting position, and would still be taller if standing up fully regardless of the pony being on 2 or 4 legs.
 
Plus, didn’t they confirm the EqGirls aren’t supposed to be like real humans anyways? So we still don’t know what their actual size to a human might be.

That Pony Dash is still roughly as tall as Human Dash when standing on her back legs.

Well, they’re not quite that tall, but if you go by that official “blooper” gag bit as canon, they’re about as big as a medium, or somewhat large dog. (Assuming if the teen Equestria Girls are over 5-feet tall. Given Principal Celestia’s height.)
 

Very cute pic, but we have official size comparisons for the Humans and Ponies just so you know. Standing on their back legs they are basically the same height as a Human, and a Human can ride them, as seen when Rainbow Dash rode Rainbow Dash.
