The Emperor has similar dimensions.
Somewhat true on them being quiet large (the space marines compared to regular humans at least).
But this is so over the top that it looks more like a Dreadnought then the emperor.
That’s the joke. It’s a parody of 40k, and those are the drunk-ass dimensions of that franchise.
