I always found it super dumb that admins are responsible of actions of users and how easy your entire stuff like website can got removed by law (or like Youtube channel can be removed by 3 stupid strikes make by anyone malicious).  
Or how Tumblr did go easy way and nuked all porn because 2 or 3 blogs had child pornography that they didnt bother to monitor before. Funny enough Tumbrl admions was making snarky comments how their algorithm bot is doing a good job removing unwanted stuff from blogs for past years.
 
Its 2018 , they should be a better laws related to internet and content on it in my opinion. Especially when its just a drawn image. I mean there is so many straight hardcore porn websites yet nobody cares about taking those down yet they are taking down soft porn of fan made characters on drawn images.
 
So lets say Gelbooru is fine with lolis because its not from EU?

I believe it has to do with this site being based in Europe: site admins are deemed responsible if they let users post illegal content here.  
Courts of law don’t give a fuck about a character being fictional or bogus “aged-up” disclaimers: if the site gets sanctioned for letting child porn through, the whole userbase might suffer from it, that’s why “better safe than sorry”.

I mean whats stop creator of artwork to say “those characters are all mature”?  
Dont tell me that this website fallow “if its flat, its a loli” rule.  
It would be so much simpler if the website just say “every single character on our pictures is at least 18 years old. Even if it look like a child. Don’t worry , its just the angle of a picture that makes you think that. Also flat =/= loli.”

Also I had seen many booru type websites that allow all kind of porn including loli. Why Derpibooru is so afraid of it?  
I mean , its just an art of not real character and not real photos of real people anyway.

While foalcon is allowed, porn featuring human underage characters (like Diamond Tiara and the CMCs here) is not (it’s dumb, I know, but it’s the law).
