On one hand, there hasn’t been any explicit or questionable Underpable in the time that Chrysalisdraws has been active, the two have a similar artstyle, and Chrysalisdraws has primarily drawn nsfw, aside from the one of Chrysalis whispering in Shining’s ear about her dick and Twilight’s dick, without showing them.
 
On the other hand, the last explicit or questionable Underpable was 8 months ago, while Chrysalisdraws has been active for about 3 months, and the last time before the last time for Underpable was over 2 years ago, so Pable was already not drawing many nsfw things. The activity from Chrysalisdraws does not fit with Pable’s tendency to not draw much nsfw, and since Pable had already drawn a bunch of nsfw it would also be odd to suddenly make a nsfw alternate account. Along with that, artstyles are not necessarily specific to one person. I’m fairly certain there’s quite a number of artists who draw with a style similar to Hioshiru, and Pable’s artstyle is a good one, so it makes sense that at least one person would have a similar one.
