Little children either don’t think anything of it, or they think it’s funny, because butts are somehow funny to little kids.
Young children don’t even see butts sexually, because they haven’t entered puberty and they don’t know anything about sexuality.
It’s not sexual: it’s just cartoon pony butts, and it’s not set in a context that could generally horrify rational adults or make them fear for the tender minds of their kids. Seeing as you haven’t seen a huge uproar over it, it’s pretty safe to say that no one really cares.
