Meet Snow Steel :3
 
Snow Steel is a Viking from the North regions of Equestria, the same tribe that Seafare Sail came from.
 
Snow is a very hot-tempered and violent mare, haven gotten into many fight with the other ponies in her tribe. She is also a very fierce warrior in combat, often jumping head first into conflict.
 
She takes pride in how tough and strong she is, and she does not take losing very well, or if another pony is better then her.
 
A machete that has belonged to her family for generations is her weapon of choice.  
The scar over her eyecomes from when she lost a fight to Seafare back when Seafare was getting a right of passage and had to prove she was a warrior via Trial by Combat. Seafare only one via a lucky accident, and Snow was not happy about it.  
She keeps the scar as a reminder of that event.
