I think they would be fine with just Smash.
Hard to say, but Luna has more Game & Watch units. (Including the Popeye, Snoopy Tennis, & Mickey Mouse ones.) In fact, Celestia was mad she dipped into the royal treasury to bid on them on “E-Neigh.”
She probably has all the Amiibo too, including the Animal Crossing figures & cards. She still holds a grudge that Gamer Chrysalis tried to steal her Tom Nook.

Gamer Luna probably has every Nintendo system. Fanart tends to depict her as usually a Nintendo/Sony fan.
This would be the perfect game for them then.
Except they would need a Wii U instead of the Switch.
I’ve always seen Chrysalis as like a “player 5” when I imagine Celestia and Luna bring over Cadance and Twilight to game.
