OK, here’s my theory, try not to vomit: Celestia’s hair IS normal hair, but is enveloped in a static
warp shellmagic field when she’s awake. When it’s dry, it floats like hair that is affected by static electricity, but when wet, it behaves like normal wet hair. It’s kind of a subconscious thing that alicorns of a certain level of magical potential have, that static magic field. Twilight, when she absorbed the princess’s powers, temporarily gained that ability due to the immense magic potential in her body at that time.Either of the royal sisters would be good for singing that one (Celestia might need to transpose it down a fifth, but it would work very well)
Or how about Turn the Beat Around?
Speaking of Gloria Estefan, I have a much easier time imagining Luna singing “Rhythm is Gonna Get Ya” than “Conga”
Nah, that’s about right. About as deep as Luna can get is how we heard her in Luna Eclipsed. Which is still pretty deep, nonetheless.
