The fact that she equates ’feeding’ to ’gaining power’ in literally every sentence she spouts.

Well, that is literally what it is. Changelings grow stronger from feeding on love.
The fact that she denounced a better way for her kind because it threatened the idea of her being in charge.

A hypothetical better way being advocated for by an explicitly hostile intruder. Chrysalis has no reason to believe anything Starlight or Thorax say, given the circumstances.
The fact Starlight had a speech to her about how she once related to her desire to have everyone do as she says, but that she was ultimately wrong.

How is this relevant? This is coming from Starlight, who is meeting Chrysalis for the first time.
What Starlight thinks is entirely irrelevant to the topic.
The fact Chrysalis then refused that philosophy outright because she couldn’t handle not being a tyrant.

Again, you are assuming a motive. The reason rejecting Starlight’s offer isn’t stated.
However, given that she was offered to retain her leadership position (Sort of? The wording is a little confusing) I would say her actions runs counter to the “just wants power” idea. I have my own ideas about this, but they aren’t really relevant right now.
The fact she was so desperate to have underlings to do her bidding that she created evil doppelgangers to replace her lost changelings.

They were necessary for her plan. At the end of The Mean Six she declares that “Servants always fail you in the end!”, so she clearly isn’t that desperate for subjects.
Where were you when she had her tirade in Mean Six?

My previous comment refers to her motivation in A Canterlot Wedding and To Where and Back Again.
Given the context, it’s fairly obvious that her actions after being deposed must have a different motive, that being revenge as well as whatever reason she had for rejecting Starlight’s offer. Further, the first quote is her stating her end goal, not expounding on her motives. I’m not altogether sure what the second is meant to prove.
She didn’t even mourn her lost hive or express desire to get it back, because any personal army would suffice.

Correction: We haven’t seen her mourn the loss of her hive.
She enjoys making others serve her or be suppressed by her.

True, but so does Discord. The difference being that for Discord, controlling people because he enjoys it is his entire motivation.

I equate Chrysalis to Zira from Lion King 2 quite often. She’s manipulative, uses this front of maternal care and a desire to find her underlings food as a disguise for her very selfish ulterior motives. Honestly surprised more people haven’t realized this by now.

What don’t I get? I wasn’t even responding to you, what do you care?

‘With the Elements under my control, I’ll build a new hive of Earth ponies, unicorns, and Pegasi, and I will rule as Queen once again!’

Or how about

‘They’ve defeated my army. I know better than to strike alone. I need—

‘Friends?’

‘Servants! And the power of the Elements!’

She didn’t even mourn her lost hive or express desire to get it back, because any personal army would suffice. All she cares about is being in charge, having underlings who obey her and toppling other populaces - yes, for food, but equally because she enjoys doing so. She enjoys making others serve her or be suppressed by her. One doesn’t sing epic scores about being a bitch, nor do they stand on a balcony and giggle maniacally at an invaded city being overrun by screaming ponies because their only interest is feeding their hive.

Yes, some of what he did with the Mane Six was debatably evil, attempting to split them up, but past that he really wasn’t on the same level as Chrysalis.

I’d say it passed “debatably” when he turned an entire town into a dystopia of nonsense and used it’s inhabitants as his personal playthings. He gave Big Macintosh the mind of a dog. He explicitly delights in breaking people’s will.
he just wanted the world to be how he liked it and how he liked it, alone, which is a far cry from actively enslaving races or trying to conquer them

Not in practice. See above.
and then further demonstrated her tyranny through the fact that she did all this out of her lust for power, not some maternal instinct to nourish her kind, who she ultimately saw as extensions of her will and nothing more.

When was this ever stated? I honestly can’t tell where people are getting this from.
Her explicitly stated motivation, both in A Canterlot Wedding and To Where and Back Again was to obtain love and feed on it. This is literally the first thing she says when she’s seen in her true form. Further, given the fact that she and her subjects were all in the same boat nourishment-wise, I see no reason why her actions would not be consistent with this motivation. As far as I can tell, the idea that Chrysalis is just out to extend and maintain her own power is based entirely on conjecture.
Discord was Team Rocket with a mean streak. Chrysalis is a full blown Disney villain.

Discord was a powerful being who tormented people for larks.
Chrysalis is the leader of a hostile nation with fundamentally incompatible interests.

Discord was a huge child seeking attention, a teenager rebelling against everyone who hated his antics and didn’t accept him for who he was. Yes, some of what he did with the Mane Six was debatably evil, attempting to split them up, but past that he really wasn’t on the same level as Chrysalis. While his chaos was global in scale it was more largely inconvenient than evil, and he really didn’t care one way or the other about the populaces, he just wanted the world to be how he liked it and how he liked it, alone, which is a far cry from actively enslaving races or trying to conquer them, both pastimes of Chrysalis. Chrysalis openly relished in destroying a relationship on a personal level, relished in the mere concept of conquering and enslaving other populaces to use as food, and then further demonstrated her tyranny through the fact that she did all this out of her lust for power, not some maternal instinct to nourish her kind, who she ultimately saw as extensions of her will and nothing more.

So no, there is in fact a difference. Discord was Team Rocket with a mean streak. Chrysalis is a full blown Disney villain.

but that she enjoys being evil for the sake of it (see ’This Day Aria’ lyrics for proof), something all past reformed villains lacked.

Literally every evil act Discord committed was for his own amusement and he was the first villain to reform.

Alright, here’s your comment, though probably nothing you were expecting.

Chrysalis is facing death or imprisonment long before redemption by the path her character has continued to take in her four appearances. Not only is it unlikely, though; I’d hate for her to be reformed. She’s shown that she’s not only utterly selfish, but that she enjoys being evil for the sake of it (see ‘This Day Aria’ lyrics for proof), something all past reformed villains lacked. She’s not redeemable.

Add on top of the fact that Thorax and Pharynx replaced her role entirely, and Ocellus’ fear of being seen only for her horrible past in S8 was represented through becoming Chrysalis. She’s destined to become bunkmates with Tirek and Cozy, or to become part of the Great Beyond with Sombra and Storm King, 100%. Any redemption in the classical sense would feel entirely out of character and shoehorned for the sake of a plot.
