The neck, I think may be down to perspective. I’ve always seemed to miss the neck with this angle.
The legs, I usually draw angles, and I often draw the legs lifted to show jointing. That’s not the case here.
I think I need to work on the join between the legs and torso.

I’d like to give a little criticism:
One, the proportions seem a little iffy here. I know you’re trying your best to improve in your art, but I suggest working on the head-to-body proportions here.
The head looks to be there’s no neck connecting the head itself to the torso, so the neck just looks completely absent from the body. I also want to suggest adding for depth and curve to the front legs. The back legs look fine, it’s just the front ones I suggest you should try to remake to look more realistic.
