but in that case these probably need to be retagged to anthro too.
Some of those, definitely. Most of them, probably.  
Looks like some of those are erroneously tagged with breasts and/or delicious flat chest…  
And then there’s at least one that could go either way because it’s a jokey sudden-unexpected-body-parts-out-of-nowhere type of piece.
 
Also is there a difference between bipedal and semi-anthro or should I make a thread to try and have them merged?
Bipedal is “A quadruped standing on two legs like a human, and not rearing like a horse” (also implied by bipedal leaning) – an otherwise normal pony – while semi-anthro will have a slightly more “humanoid” build.  
When in doubt, look at the shoulders. That’s what I do, at any rate. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Anthros are bipedal versions of four-legged creatures or characters and may have all hooves or hooves and hands or hands and feet, depending on the style of the individual artist. Anthros generally have tails and muzzles. Also boobs.
 
Whereas semi-anthro is
a character which seems anthro, but has no human features at all (hands, feet, breasts, etc.)
