Unless you’re talking about gutting Spike to rescue Rarity, in which case (assuming it’s nonconsensual vore) go for it.

I’ve been slightly disappointed at the lack of Spike-on-Rarity vore and vorish play up til now. I mean, they’re practically a canon predator/prey couple. Glad to see someone else sees it; holding out hope for more, possibly in the fic department.

Taking into account that the term “vore” is derived from the Latin vorare (“to devour”), it really shouldn’t be considered “vore” unless someone actually gets eaten.  
Not only would that make more etymological sense, but as a bonus I wouldn’t have to admit to sort of liking a very specific subset of vore (that’s really just a very kinky kind of oral) :P
