its a little obscure, but the pun is the random rifle flying through the air.
 
Its called a G3. and its a play on the older ponies being referred to as G1, G2, G3 etc. and like the older ponies the G3 rifle is an older design. starlight did a timie-whimey spell, brought in some G1 ponies and a random G3.
