Well we could get more information spikes past I’ve always wondered what his life was like back then like did twilight always love, did cadence used to babysit spike as well, did he used to get bullied for being a dragon, just anything would explain his life after twilight hathched him there’s so much potential.

No I just see spike as an orphaned kid who was adopted by the Sparkal family. Celectia is like the mother of the orphanage before he was adopted

Also isn’t shining armor technically spikes big brother as well same goes for twilight because see her as more of a big sister then a mother I think that Celestia is spikes mother since she is the one who found spikes egg gave him to twilight plus Celestia seems like the most motherly pony ever.

Yeah but it’s still safe to say that no matter what Twilight will always be there for spike and in my opinion I love all spike episodes including spike at your service specifically because it was really nice for spike and applejack have an episode together but one did disappoint me in the episode was when they skipped the part where spike and applebloom were cleaning the pig because they missed a perfect opportunity to have a spike and apple bloom scene.

Because twilight means everything to spike even as a dog because she brought him into her life and if it wasn’t for her spike wouldn’t have the friends he has now.
 
Besides spike actually has a purpose in the show he’s twilight’s assistant, he saved the crystal empire twice, and he’s part of twilight’s family.

Spike is a way better friend then both of these characters combined.

Am I the only one who wants to see actual humans from earth going to equestria? And I was thinking more like a brother and sister going to equestria and since their from earth they don’t turn into ponies and of course they should be kids and if they were to do this they better not just make it the same ones from the old generation I want them to be entirely different characters I mean hasbro has never really thought about it and it would be really nice to see actual humans interacting with all the ponies.

No sorry I’m not really into any lesbian ships Spike is pretty much the only character I ship ponies with because I really feel bad for the little guy since he doesn’t to get as much love as the characters do which really annoys me because he’s the one that made me love the show more because I really want to see him have more character development besides getting wings like what if Celestia assigned him to go on a quest to save Equestria oh yeah and speaking of Celestia Spike should really be thankful that she found his egg and gave him to twilight to take care of him and teach him how to be a nice dragon but what I want to see the most is an episode that shows us what spike and twilight did in their childhood because it would be so adorable to see filly twilight taking care of baby spike as well as with shining armor and twilights parents.

Also just cause she has a boyfriend descent mean spike has to be left behind. Hell flash has a dog of his own so it’s clear he’s good with them.

I agree they should both just die for not just because they have no purpose in the series and are terrible boyfriends but because they keep twilight away from the one that’s been by her side for the whole franchise the one she raised since she was a filly and that friend is spike and no I’m not just talking about his dog counter part I’m specifically talking about his dragon counter part it makes me feel bad for the little guy because twilight is more like his big sister then his mother because they both act more like a brother and sister then a mom and son and the fact that flash and timber basically keep her away from the one cares about her the most.
