Description
The Blind Bag boxes that tie into the upcoming Best Gift Ever Holiday Special are now available for purchase ahead of it’s release over on Amazon. As with most blind sets, there are 24 in total to collect, and they look to be sticking to a sparkly theme with various characters.
But she’s actually one of the only Rarity recolours that makes sense, when you think about it. Their manes do have the same basic shape, you know. But why is she Twilight here?
And Rainbow Dash looks like Derpy.
Yes, that’s my point; that’s a unicorn Twilight mold. Trixie’s been in over half of the two dozen blindbag waves, and she’s always either a 1st gen Twilight or Rarity mold. Meanwhile random one-offs and backgrounders get unique molds made for them.
EDIT: Shit, that’s not even the first unicorn Twilight mold, that’s, they literally used a 2nd unicorn Twilight mold instead, while Glimmer takes the 1st one…
