Anon is usually just green and the green and black for Anonfilly is just an aesthetic choice that everyone eventually adopted. I think there was an alternate colorscheme for her kicking around way back in the day, but I forget what it was exactly without going to look it up.
@Meanlucario
Anon is generally supposed to represent the average internet/4chan user. But he isn’t universally supposed to represent every person.
This, and as it often happens the average internet/4chan user isn’t average, so there’s actually quite a bit of range as to how you might see any “Anon” be portrayed. Really I would simplify it further as to say that the whole point of “Anon” is to have a stripped down character where the reader doesn’t have to question or think about who they are or what they are/were unless the content creator in any particular instance brings something up to be questioned.
Like, for example. Unless it’s explicitly covered then you will never really see anyone ask if Anon is white, black, brown, ect because frankly it doesn’t fucking matter unless the person who’s making the story or picture or whatever decides to make it a plot point. As far as most people who deal with Anon are concerned, “Anon is fucking green, you faggot, now shut up and let the write-fag get to the good part”.
Though that’s just my take on it.
@Meanlucario
If you hate the character I would recommend that you consider throwing the oc:tag on your filter list. Hell, I don’t even think this is the first time I’ve seen you complain about “Anon” in general.
Like, if it upsets you, just don’t look at it my dude/tte
@Meanlucario
you were told wrong, or misinterpret.

@Meanlucario
“everyone” is an exaggeration. there are varying kinds of anons in stories, fat anons, muscular anons, NEET anons, female anons.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all kind of deal.
@Meanlucario
Because all anons wish they were convincing girls, obviously. Anonfilly is wish fulfillment gone wrong, in true 4chan fashion. I would go so far as to say Anonfilly is even ironic.
4Chan.

One thing I’ve never understood is why the Anon is colored green and black…

I’m told it is, though. It’s one part of why I’ve grown to hate Anon.

But isn’t Anon suppose to be the true self-insert that everyone can relate with. That’s what I’m told.

…Why is Filly Anon a thing if Anon is suppose to be the ultimate Self-Insert?
Hey! Anonfilly finally got the penis she’s been missing all this time. I would have thought she’d be happy?
The fact that it’s on her head is just poetic justice.
