Fractured Sunlight was the first ever long & quality Pony fanfic I ever read. (Second one I found, actually.)  
It was a very nice introduction to the fanfic community. That story holds a special place in my heart.
 
Special enough that I actually went and bought the book barely a couple weeks after it first appeared. Arrived in three days flat. Fastest delivery I’ve ever seen. Now it can rest on my shelf <3
