Oh, don’t you worry. From what I learned so far I think I’m definitely gonna enjoy it. Fics taking place after Sunshine and Rainbows always pique my interest, those involving alicorns even more so. I normally start reading a story from the beginning but I don’t regret starting this one from the fourth chapter - now I not only want to know how will Rou handle the current situation but also the previous events that led her to where she is now.  
Also I think I already have a soft spot for Green - her efforts to build a town who’s inhabitants live in pre-war-like harmony, her hospitality towards visitors and the way she handled a potential raider spy are truly endearing.

||Ha, sorry. This was originally going to be in the chapter in an earlier draft, but in order to reduce word count and number of scenes we had to cut it. Sheriff Green will no doubt show up again though, so don’t rule out something like this potentially happening in the future. Or at least count on more comic shenanigans from Bris. ||
