Sadly, probably not. By the looks of it - it’s one of those commissions Andy Price is doing at cons, and Andy Price has colored and uncolored commission slots, so if it isn’t colored - it’s probably an uncolored commission, so it probably won’t be colored. At least by Andy Price.
