I suppose, but draconequii can turn into ponies (Discord has done that several times), so I wouldn’t be surprised if she was one. It’s a bit of a reach, yeah, but I can see where OP is coming from. It’s a fun theory, if nothing else.

This is all just a bunch of reaching with no real substance. You can pretty much as well say that Twist is related to Discord because candy canes is related to sweets as much as cotton candies. Cozy Glow have nothing to do with Discord, she doesn’t enjoy chaos, doesn’t enjoy making trouble for joy, wants to really learn about friendship, can’t do chaos magic, hell she can’t do magic at all since she’s a pegasus. Not to even mention that she has nothing to do with draconesuus race or any race that isn’t pure pony. Every single sentence in this post is just a painful reaching for desperate connection.

I mean, she could both be related to Discord and be working with Neighsay at the same time. (Kind of like a Hunchback Of Notre Dame thing, maybe? He could treat her like a monster and act as though he is the only one who will accept her….)

What a dumb theory. Everyone by this point already guessed right that she is related to Neighsaya and helps him out. This theory of her being related to Discord is as dumb as the theory that Discord is Starswirl.
