I vote Solar eclipse! :)
The last time a solar eclipse happened over the UK (1999) my family went for a week to Cornwall to see it in totality. We got charged like £800 to rent a small cottage in the middle of nowhere just so we could see it, ‘cos prices were massively jacked-up for both the summer holidays AND the eclipse.
The day of the eclipse, there was 100% cloud cover. The sky turned a deep orange colour as the light from the corona diffused through all of that cloud.
If we’d stayed in London instead, we’d’ve had perfectly clear skies all day and a pretty awesome 95% eclipse.
Fyay you, weather-demons. :P
We need a solar eclipse.
Or at least rain.
And Sunburst
Actually, magic is what’s depleting the ozone layer, but nobody in Equestria has put two and two together yet.
Science up, Luna. Not every answer is ‘because magic.’

Well I mean, if they’re in Arizona they won’t see anything different…
I hate this heat too. 40C for the past couple weeks.
I hear ya. Temperatures here have been over 30°C for the last 3-4 weeks. Even people who enjoy hot weather are beginning to complain about the continuous, unrelenting heat (long-term overheating, day and night, is enough to cause heat stress similar to the much more acute heatstroke in effect).
Personally, I prefer the temperature to be more about 5°C (give or take) most of the time. :)
Born and raised 35 years in the Inland Empire. If the earthquakes don’t get ya…
Gasp!!! However did you find out?
You must be in California.

Earth’s moon only reflects about 12%. It’s actually pretty dark.
Please cool it with the weather, pun intended. Temperatures of 35°C in London are not normal and the citizens are struggling to cope with, not to mention the local infrastructure. Also in some poorly-built office spaces (like mine), there are rooms with temperatures of up to 60°C, which is hot enough to actually be fatal within hours. (thankfully, in rooms that are not in constant use, the staff kitchen and the filing room)
Also the unbearable summer heat is the one major thing I always really hate about the time of year that my birthday takes place in. xD
From,
A concerned citizen.
