Element Of Luck
@Havock
DOCTOR HORSE: “Nurse Redheart, I don’t think you have to do that.”
NURSE REDHEART: “But he’s caught the Swamp Fever that Zecora had. And we already tried the cure we found, it can’t be taken by humans.”
DH: “That’s what this is for. I put the cure into pill form. Here you go, and I also have a glass of water for you. Drink up.”
(The human takes the pill and, suddenly, all the signs of Swamp Fever vanish completely.)
NR: “Y-You actually did it. Can you get up, human?”
(The human stands up on the floor, but falls back onto the bed.)
DH: “Hmmm…seems they’ve lost all feeling in their legs. Zecora told me this may happen, though, and she said it would be a temporary issue. Don’t worry, you’ll be wheelchair-bound for about a month or two, but after that you’ll be fine.”
NR: “Thank you, Doctor Horse. I would have felt incredibly guilty if they had died.”
DH: “Of course, Redheart.”
(Doctor Horse walks out of the room, and she looks at the human, shyly.)
NR: “So…this may sound a little weird to ask, but…would you like to go out with me sometime?”
(The human nods their head yes.)
NR: “Really? Alright, um…here’s my number. Call me sometime.”
(Nurse Redheart, blushing profusely, gives the human a card with her personal phone number on it.)
