Once I saw an autistic dA user objecting to a piece of troll art that used “autism” as an insult, and another troll said he believes aspies were genetically-inferior “livestock” who exist solely to be milked for all the cringe and lulz they’re worth until they an hero.
 
I wish I could find it again. I recall tumblritas using autism as an insult before…I’d like to see what they’d think of that mentality. But hey, we aspies aren’t a “historically-oppressed group” so they wouldn’t care.

For me autism is terrible.i can’t live a normal life because i can’t interract with other people in a normal and cool way. I hate life so much since my brother is a normal guy and make fun from me.

Ah, yes, the organization whose founder was videotaped in an interview saying she wished she had just killed her daughter as an infant, while literally sitting right next to that daughter.

Ah yes, while it has made it difficult for me to converse with others normally and has made me more introverted than most of my friends, I do believe that Autism has effected me in a way that is both good and bad. Let me explain. From what I have been told, autistic people tend to be more creative. I think that has to do with the fact that I am always thinking and unable to focus on just one thing. Constantly branching out with new ideas so quickly that I have to write it down or risk loosing it in a sea of thought. I am loner so not having human contact often works well for me. I am a security guard who works the night shift so I don’t get much interaction. What little I do get I can usually just say good evening and move on. I don’t like having conversations with people because I always mess up if it goes on to long. I’ll either start shouting on accident or say something stupid. Or my brain just won’t get the words out right or very little at all. Its why I prefer typing over talking. Its not easy to live with but I have learned to get by. I feel bad for those that have it worst though. I can only imagine how hard that must be. To them I say keep on trucking, it may seem impossible now but believe me, you never know when good fortune can come a knocking.

This discussion here illustrates my issues with the eugenics approach to autism. Myself included, we’ve a bunch of people who were born with the not terribly useful blanket term of ‘autism’, all of us probably quite different in character and how well we function in society. Me, I work a fulltime job, have a house and all that shit. Like most I’m doing fine. You on the other end, seem to be having a shit time. I don’t know how old you are, chances are you’ll learn to adjust as you get older, but right now you saw you’d be fine with having been aborted.
 
I don’t agree, but even if I did that’s not what the eugenicists are wanting to do. They’d want NONE of us here to be born. Everything with one deviating property is, in their eyes, ‘undeserving of life’. Remember that these people are race purists and that they want every kind of deviation gone out of pure principle.
 
You know what I’d hate? A world where everyone is born normal. What a weak, boring, sessile species we’d become. A world of normalfags.
