Twilight hatched him around age 6-7, putting him about 6-7 years younger than her. When the series starts, Twilight is said to be around 20 (Lauren said this somewhere on one of her DA posts), putting spike, originally, around the age of 12-13, which would be fit for someone who went through all the stuff he’s gone through and putting him around 16-17, possibly 18- by the events of Season 8 and Molt Down.
 
However, something to note: Spike has been called (both by Ember and Torch) a Runt. NO dragon is anywhere near his size, and it’s likely due to living with ponies and not indulging in the tough dragon lifestyle.
 
In terms of a functioning knowledge of society, Spike is in teacher grade compared to the Student 6 and has even been employed in various jobs.
 
So in many ways, Spike is more mentally mature/older than Smoulder, and might even be AGE wise older than her due to him being a runt.

Given that it was the artist who tagged the picture creampie I’m inclined to believe the tag was accurate. Though judging from that string of fluid in front of Spike, it looks like Smolder got off him part way through.

I’m totally with you.  
As of now there are only 3 pics (with some varoations) of Smolder getting actually fucked.  
All others are just masturbating/petting, oral or she just is in a lewd picture.
