Because the mods are unpredictable. Some obvious loli pics are just fine with pony heads and child bodies. Some others are not. Just upload and see if you get a mod who likes it lol. The last pic of anibaruthecar with fluttets and her brother was only a few minutes here. And this pic was obviously more animal than human. You know, I agree with your general point. I always found it bizarre that anthro underage characters were allowed for some time despite the fact that lolicon in this site context was human and very human like characters and the pictures do fit that bill, even more so than the foalcon label since these characters in general tend to have minimal pony traits and be very humanlike. All the top rated pictures with both the anthro and foalcon tags look like children with some odd trait here and there. Those pics depict characters with human posture, human body parts, and even very human faces since their faces are human like in the shape and eyes. The only odd traits are horns, ears and a funny nose. I remember once a mod citing the cosplay angle when going too far and none of those traits sound out of the realm of simple cosplay. That’s a bizarre part to me about the whole underage character thing here. Likewise why was the other pic of this deleted but that diamond tiara picture with the whole zebradom left alone?

and even if its only this one rule. it is bad enough that you have to argue there. you dont have a clear route. that is the worst thing possible. get your horse appluz together and define that rule in a way, so that every mod and user clearly knows, what is possible and what is forbidden. its a bad joke that the nsfw edit of this pic here stayed up for so many days before getting kicked. just go ahead and delete all equestria girls + explicit tags. because they are all underaged.

It’s literally just this one rule.

i just love how not even the mods can come to an agreement on how to handle things on this site. its all so freaking random here. some mods say its alright. some simply clop to it. some are against. and some are trolls. basically, everything exlicit equestria girls should be kicked out. because for outsiders, they look like underage girls. its so stupid. this site needs a reformation. the randomness has to go.

Last I’ve seen there are no official ages period for Pony or EG. Time in the show follows Cartoon Logic, so Ages follow Simpsons Logic.
 
The comments of each piece of Art posted supersedes Tags, all the Tags can say whatever, but if the Art sparks inappropriate comments that challenge the Tags; the Art is pulled on the safe side. There’s a lot of Art that stayed because there were no Inappropriate Comments at the time, and a lot of Art that fell because of Inappropriate Comments. The mods don’t have time to look through all of the past images, but fresh comments are posted on the Recent Comments Page, refreshing the image to review, based on fresh comments.

It’s really not that simple, and I’m actually okay with the rule.
 
My problem is the rule isnt enforced accurately or completely. If rule 5 happened because of “legal” reasons then all anthro foalcon should have been removed, but they have this grandfathered bullshit rule.
 
Speaking of anthro foalcon Spike is an anthropomorphic dragon and underaged, but apparently he flies under rule 5.
 
And of course there’s Equestria Girls. We know that both Rainbow Dash and Sci-Twi are at the oldest juniors in high school (ie 17) the other girls are unknown, but we just seem to ignore that because why not. If rule 5 was actually in place because of laws not even the main 7 porn allowed on here because a reasonable and prudent person could say that they do look under 18.
 
Either enforce the rule like it should be, or don’t have the rule.
