After the Doctor lands at the Apple Family reunion some ten years in the show’s future and helps to uncover a devious plot by the Flim-Flam Brothers for revenge, Big Mac and Babs find themselves aboard the TARDIS with this kooky old coot. I chose these two in particular because a lot of the First Doctor’s male companions were considered to be The Muscle, and the female companions were all adopted granddaughters.

Lol. She did steal the spotlight on that comic saga where she helped Trixie clear her name. You could say Babs Seed was kicked out of the Crusaders because she was too big for her branch of Crusaders.
Very true! I suspect that’s why she isn’t in as many episodes as she ought to be, everyone’s afraid she’d steal the show. Doctor Who only narrowly escaped being called Babs Who because all the episodes she was in are lost.
