I’d err towards questionable rating though.
Her left nipple is fully visible, even if low-detail. Also, the description/commissioner intent has this as being unusual breastfeeding in that Luftkrieg is older than is typically normal for continued breastfeeding. Even if it isn’t obviously sexual in nature, it’s an emphasis on a sex-adjacent situation that certainly isn’t something you’d want to defend the viewing of at a workplace where NSFW images aren’t permitted.
