Just FYI, i have found multiple errors (formatting and otherwise) and will be putting out a fixed version today or tomorrow. Those fixes will affect all 7 pages. Not sure how derpibooru handles favs in regard to an updated post.
@Power-Up&Sky-Blue
This is kind of the point, I feel? She’s not meant to have range, she’s meant to get in close and beat the tar out of you. Her air movement is generally her best way to approach, having an airdash and flight and all. Ultimately, it’s not necessarily supposed to be easy for a rushdown character to approach. They have to earn their way in, which pretty much means they’ll have trouble against zoners. It’s the way of things.
Wouldn’t surprise me if they end up updating it sometime in the future, though. I could see her potentially having a Magic command dash like Arizona does, though Arizona also has to earn her Magic power, whereas Tian’s regenerates automatically, so that could be a reason why Tian doesn’t have one.
That’s because of her simplistic nature (kinetic rushdown character), especially her Magic attack. The other characters have their movelists extended due to things like directional lassos, multiple teleport or projectile commands, or a bunch of doggos. Tian meanwhile just has a single QCF special with three uses, and the Firecracker move, which can be used in 8 different ways that can all be summed up in just 2 lines.
As a result, it feels like her movelist is lacking, when in reality, she has everything she needs.
Edited because: Forgot a sentence :P

Still gives her very few approach options. For someone who’s half dragon, Tianhuo has poor range.

That’s probably the reason i play her, i am not much of a fighting game player, so a simple character suits me just fine.
