Didn’t horn polish or horn polishing get mentioned as one of the options on one of Rarity’s many spa visits?

Seems a bit odd to be part of a transformation, but then again this ‘Cadance’ is already wearing ‘her’ full regalia, so I guess a full set of make-up could be part of the magic?
