Came here ready to make a comment about some muscle she’s stretching and find someone already has, and has done so with more and better knowledge than me.

I would like start stretching, if only just to become more flexible.
Blossomforth is my spirit animal. One of my life goals is to become as flexible as her. I’d say im about halfway there. I can tell you first-hand that stretching the pelvic floor muscles is directly beneficial to enhanced sexual activity.

The PC muscles are somewhat hard to stretch. You can’t directly stretch the pc bacause there is no joint to give you the leverage to stretch the muscle. The muscle is attatched to the tailbone and the front of the pelvis, you cant bend the pelvis so you cant really stretch it like you would another muscle. Instead you have to stretch the muscles adjacent to the pc like the abs and adductors and other adjacent muscles attached to the pelvis. “Hip opener” stretches, backbends and straddle splits are useful. Also learning to control and clench the muscle can help to pit more force upon it to deepen the stretch.
All of this is useful to help with incontinence but it can also help with sex, giving you more endurance, strength and control over your intimate sexual functions and pleasure.
