You mean “Shoeshine”? And yes, that pony was also known as by fans, “Linky”. Shoeshine did appeared in the movie. And there were also redecos of her throughout the movie.

Since we only see Open Skies and Skies in the movie and Sunshower and Fluffy Clouds didn’t appear in the movie, I believe that all four Weather Control Pegasi were all present in during the Friendship Festival in Canterlot and the Storm King’s invasion/conquering/ruling of Equestria. These four pegasi are either supporting or background characters of the franchise. I say they were supporting characters because they each have official names in the ending credits of “Tanks for the Memories.”

Well I think we see some or most of the background characters from the first seven seasons appearing in the movie with some new background characters that first appeared in this film.

The makeup artists were really good at their work.

As far as I can see, all these ponies are still nameless (unless the blue mare just right of centre happens to be Linky).
 
Think I might take it upon myself to name a background pony from the movie or two.

Fair point but given how unique Big Mac’s design is (his muzzle shape, his large size, the freckles, etc.), a recolor of him sticks out more compared to those other recolors.

Big Mac isn’t the only non-background pony who got a recolour in the movie! Open Skies, Clear Skies and a female Wonderbolt (either Blaze or Fleetfoot, I can’t remember) also got recoloured.

Looks like it. They had quite a bit of those in season 1 (one of which was even in the opening). Kinda surprised they had one here.

Hmm… is that a Big Mac recolor in the back left?

I’m sorry, but the expression on the pony in the foreground makes it look like she’s saying, “Duhhhhhhh.”
