After figuring out Twilight is his Mom and Dad at the same time, it’s just gonna get even more crazy if they have a kid because the kid will figure out Alter is thier Mom and Twi is thier Mom/Dad/Grandparent.

Her son was already pregnant before he came to the Castle (this is “part2” of another story).
I think he would make his carefully researched sex change potion to make only one egg available to get fertilized.
