I was always sort of disappointed that Spike wasn’t The Element Of Communication, not just because of his role as magical FAX machine in early seasons, but because of how many times he’s been the one to go tell someone else that there was a problem and kickstart the dialogue that fixed it.
Also there’s just not enough green in general in this show.

Actually, even though he’s more of an intentional troll, Moffat is also aware that his fans ‘hate’ on his executive decisions, and just takes it as fun.

That was facetiousness. He seemed to be responding to you with utterly irrelevant information, making it appear as if he was intentionally ignoring anypony who didn’t agree with him.

When you click on Quote, it puts the link to the comment you’re replying to outside the quotebox, and any links to previous comments inside the quotebox. It makes comment chains kinda visually confusing.
Are you having a discussion with yourself? Not all fans hate Larson, he and those fans use the phrase jokingly to rib one another. Larson is a fun and upbeat dude in-person. I’m assuming Moffet is the exact opposite in personality and charisma.
Yes, that is true. And Moffat too is aware of his ‘hatedom’, which admittedly is on the same level of humor as the Larson thing, and runs with it. :P
“THANKS, M.A. LARSON” is almost entirely a joke; Larson himself wears a button of it to conventions and used one as his Twitter avatar for a while.
In that, the same way which Moffat gets blamed for every misstep in the Doctor Who storyline, so does Larson with our un-pleasable fanbase.
