Also, there’s definitely some bad pegasi out there; Wind Rider, Lightning Dust, and especially Cozy Glow come to mind. And Caballeron and his goons are bad earth ponies, as is Gladmane. But I’ll certainly grant that the unicorn antagonists are far more numerous and prominent.
Oh, there’s plenty he left out.
You forgot Wind Rider from “Rarity Investigates”
Lightning Dust isn’t as bad as the other three, in that she merely disregards others rather than actively seeking to harm or exploit them. Not to mention that Spitfire was inadvertently encouraging her recklessness. Honestly, I wouldn’t cry foul if they decided to reform her in the future.
so earthponies and pegasi can be mean and have bad attitude but they can’t be actual villains.

An evil magic pegasus would be boring because 1. storm powers, seen it 2. no child friendly bs magic violence alternatives - with unis you can do any type of magic imprisonment, if you don’t have that the threat becomes much more PG.
In a way Tempest is almost a fruit of that thinking :D - “she’s a unicorn but she HAS NO MAGIC ooh, it’s on now” lol.
