I hadn’t thought of that until now, but now I’m panicking – especially since Sunset meets all the criteria up-thread. She’s saved the world three times, nearly destroyed it once, and she sort of specializes in messing around with magic she’s not supposed to have…
 
On the other hand, EqG was supposed to have been a one-off. Sunset has beaten Hasbro once; I’ll bet she can do it again. And they’ve got years to figure this out; it’s not like the series is going to go away anytime soon…

Those are clearly this world’s version of the elements of harmony. Like, the physical gems, not just the metaphysical ones they’ve been using since the first movie. If that wasn’t enough, there’s seven of them. The implications!

Hey, I just remembered something. You know in the Friendship Games commentary when they were talking about how Sunset’s wings were energy because she wasn’t an alicorn & then one of the other people said something along the lines of “Twilight’s not an alicorn either though.” & then, I think, an awkward silence happened for a bit?

My prediction is that they’ll basically be the numbers 1 & 2 for any future installments. Though honestly Twilight probably would wind up being the 1 since there are more Twilight toys than Sunset ones. (Even if Sci-Twi hasn’t actually gotten a mini yet…)  
Even with the Twi-wings I still think Sunset will remain pretty prominent, Probably more prominent than the humane 5 at the very least. (Especially considering she only appears in EqG stuff.)

I’m less mad about Twilight’s wings and more mad about Sunset’s lack of them. Mostly because I’m worried that SciTwi will be taking the main protagonist spot from Sunset…

Personally, I wish Human Twilight didn’t have wings but I learned the first time around that you can’t do anything about it.

I’m also really annoyed that Human Twilight has wings for NO good reason.
