Okay. So thanks to a request a while back, >>1437626 I checked out the ‘Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid’ series.
(And enjoyed it).
Had a look at the comics the anime was based on, and found there’s another dragon character that hasn’t appeared in the anime.
Ilulu, (or Iruru depending upon the source).
She becomes a third ‘live in dragon’ alongside Tohru and Kanna Kamui.
Here’s hoping we see a second season of the Dragon Maid series, as it’ll be certain we’ll see this character.
Ilulu can’t fully control her humanoid appearance in the comic, which is why she has the dragon claws instead of arms.
Note next to Miss Kobayashi there.

Truth…..
Doesn’t help that 70% of the character’s appeal is located on her chest, which is awkward to translate to ponies.
Yep, as I said in the description I had been reading the manga graphic novels. Illulu shows up very early in the comic strips (book 4 I think).
Also, Shota in a maid outfit. It’s amazing how he has such a hot ex-goddess, but manages to look like a convincing girl
