It seems this discussion has reached the point where it should move to the tagging forum, especially since it is extending well beyond this single image, or this artist’s images, and appears to me moving into a discussion of the rating tags across the site.
Aha! Another good example of “safe” images that should be rated higher.
It’s not the socks themselves, it’s the provocative poses and faces often made accompanying dressing ponies in socks.

I think we extended this conversation more than we should and now it’s ruining my enjoyment of this image :T, look I just want to show you similar image that also rated “safe” and you still said as it’s suggestive, suggestive, suggestive and blah blah blah. Look it’s up to you if you want see it as as “suggestive”. But at the end of the day those images that I showed you is rated “safe.”

Well, at the end I think it depends on the intepretation that each person gives to the drawing anyway, or the screencap that I shown (which yes, it’s right; it’s not the focus of the episode, but if that would have been a drawing, it maybe would have ended as “suggestive”); I might not find anything that may suggest that it can be rated clearly that is suggestive personally, but I can understand the reason of why it might seen in that way; it doesn’t bothers me either, maybe this case is more ambiguous. Glad you like the drawing anyway~

The example one is just lidded eyes, not a bedroom eyes

True, but that shot wasn’t the focus of the episode. Nor was it that zoomed in, or lasting for longer than a split second.
I’m not saying this art piece is bad at all, I love it! But that’s definitely a suggestive pose.
