Or just put “her” in a dungeon somewhere, or better yet in some kind of magical stasis tomb, so that way they never grow up and become a larger dragon, or otherwise pose a threat

She’s in a body that can breathe fire, so they still have to catch her and put her in a jar somewhere.
It’s funny because Spike now can turn into anything he wants so he doesn’t need his body back, a fitting dark end for Chrysalis.
