The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

M1J, if you’re going to try and get into specifics, focus on the things that look most wrong. The background (while indeed awful) isn’t the major issue.
As far as concept, if you’re planning on making an alicorn OC it’s best to just stop and rethink it. Generally, it just makes you look like someone who thinks their OC has to be “the most special”. Just pick a more commonplace one instead; for example if your OC is magic based then ditch the wings and go with Unicorn.
As far as the actual drawing, there’s a few easy to identify issues. The head is too oval-shaped and wide, I assume it was freehanded rather than any basic anatomy drawn first. The eyes have the classic “thousand yard stare” mistake because they’re both wide open and not focused on anything. If the eyes are meant to be in the show’s style, you should also look up how the baby pony eyes are drawn. If not, at least have SOME eye whites visible. Also, the character seems to be flying/jumping, but the wings are in some kind of tucked position rather than open.
That’s all I’ve really got. Keep drawing, and maybe refrain from posting until it gets better (unless you’re looking for more critique and not just praise like most “artists”).

The concept’s solid, the medium’s solid, but the execution seems like the awry bit here. There’s a fine line between cute and creepy, and the LSD-induced background isn’t helping all that much IMO.
